Who do you use to provide the Domain Registration and Web Hosting?

I initially used www.dotdnr.com to register my domain name. I picked them because of their price, a mere $15 a year to park your own www.yoursitename.com . I signed up to www.PowWeb.com to provide me with web hosting. It's all menu driven... POC. I just had to plug in the DNS servers from PowWeb to my DotDNR account and the that was it! PowWeb seemed to have the biggest bang for the buck. (FYI... it takes a 2 days for your domain name and your static IP to get together)

How did you Design this web site?

I use FrontPage 2002. The web page can be published straight from the application to the host provider (PowWeb ). Need a FrontPage Tutorial?
